Welcome to Marethic Digital. By visiting our website and purchasing any of our products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products
All products sold in this shop are digital Google Sheets templates, not Excel. It  will be delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

2. License & Usage
When you purchase a template, you're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal or internal business purposes only.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the template (in original or modified form) with others
  • Claim the template as your own original work
  • Upload the template to another marketplace, free resource site, or file-sharing platform
  • Use the template to create a competing product for sale

You may:

  • Use the template for your own personal or business needs

3. Ownership & Copyright
All templates, designs, and content in this shop remain the intellectual property of Marethic Digital. Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it, it does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

4. Payment
All payment are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Access to your purchased template is granted immediately after successful payment.

5. Refunds & Returns
Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. As a general rule, due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to provide refunds, returns, or exchanges.

6. Custom Orders
If you request a custom template, additional terms may apply and will be communicated directly with you before work begins. Custom orders are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed upon in discussion.

7. Limitation of Liability
Templates are provided "as is." While we do our best to ensure accuracy and functionality, we are not responsible for any errors, data loss, financial decisions, or business outcomes resulting from the use of our templates. You are responsible for verifying that a template meets your specific needs before relying on it.

8. Technical Requirements
Our templates are built for Google Sheets and may not be fully compatible with other spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers), unless otherwise stated in the product description.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
