1. Where can I find my download after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your download link, usually within a few minutes. You can also access your files anytime by going to Shopify > Order status page (the link sent right after checkout) or through your order confirmation email. If you created an account, your downloads will also be available under My Account > Order History.
2. I still can't find or access my download, can you help?
No worries, this sometimes happens if the email lands in spam/promotions folder. First, check your spam/junk folder for an email from us. If you still can't find it, just reach out to us using Contact Us Page with mentioning your order number, and we'll resend your download link right away.
3. Can I get a refund or exchange if I change my mind?
Since our templates are digital products delivered instantly, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made. We really encourage checking out each template's preview and description carefully before buying to make sure it's the right fit. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to message us first, we're happy to help you choose!
4. How can I contact you if I need help?

5. Do you offer template customization?
